How should I save my Image?
All images should be of the best quality that you are able to produce in jpeg, tiff. or psd formats. We are able to reduce pixels within a picture but not add to them. Please send images through at actual size plus 1cm in both X and Y axis, in Adobe RGB (1998) 120-300ppi

Can I send an image by email?
Yes you can. We have the capability of receiving emails up to 10MB in size. If you have a few images and they are collectively less than 10MB then they should be ok on one email. If they are larger please attach them to different emails.

Free Internet Services for Image transfer
Have you tried Internet Image transfer services before? Have a look at both mailbigfile.com and yousendit.com. These are free services where once you have opened an account you are able to send large images. They get uploaded and an alert message comes through to us to download them. Many of our customers use these services, they find them very easy to use as well as very effective.

Can I send my images on a CD?
Yes you can. Please burn your image/s to CD or DVD in jpeg, tiff. or psd formats, in Adobe RGB (1998) 120-300ppi. Remember to mark your CD with your contact details and include your order with your CD.

Can I upload my images through the website?
Yes you can. Use the FILE UPLOAD button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to upload multiple files at once. Be sure to fill out as much information as possible so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

It may take a few minutes to connect to our server, please be patient, this is not a fault.
